Workshop On REBT
Aakar Foundation arranged workshop on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. Host was Dr. Anjali Joshi from mumbai. This workshop was based on cognitive psychotherapy. Dr. Albert Ellis was pioneer of this therapy.
